By purchasing, downloading, or using our Templates, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use our Templates.

 

 

1. Eligibility

  •  By purchasing, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right and authority to enter into this agreement.

 

2. Nature of Services

  •  Produce Perform LLC provides digital audio mixing templates intended for use in music production.
  •  All purchases are delivered digitally. No physical goods are shipped.

 

3. One-Time Purchases

  •  Templates are sold as one-time purchases only.
  •  Prices are displayed at checkout and are subject to change at any time without notice.

 

4. No Refunds and No Chargebacks

  •  All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
  •  By purchasing, you agree not to initiate chargebacks through your bank or payment provider. Any chargeback will be considered a violation of these Terms and may result in legal action to recover costs.

 

5. License and Intellectual Property

  •  All Templates are the intellectual property of Produce Perform LLC and are protected by copyright law.
  •  You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Templates solely for your personal or professional music production projects.
  •  You may not:

  •  You acknowledge that music production results vary based on your own skills, equipment, and workflow.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

  •  Produce Perform LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Templates.
  •  Our total liability is limited to the purchase price you paid for the specific Template.
